Abstract
Varjenje je pomemben del proizvodnega procesa, zato se z razvojem avtomatizacije varjenja razvijajo tudi robotske aplikacije varjenja. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena uporaba napredne robotske funkcije, ki je namenjena sledenju varilnih spojev, za lažje programiranje in izboljšanje natančnosti varjenja. V uvodnem delu je predstavljen razvoj robotike in prednosti robotizacije v podjetjih. Naslednje poglavje prikazuje obločno varjenje. Razložene so osnove varjenja s postopkom MIG/MAG, varilni parametri in njihovo vplivanje na sam zvar. Na koncu so opisane lastnosti robotiziranega varjenja. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena funkcionalnost COMARC, njene osnove in uporaba, ter podrobneje dotično zaznavanje in podrobnosti parametrov. Na koncu je predstavljen preizkus postopka varjenja s COMARC parametri. Na enostavnem primeru je bil izveden preizkus varjenja, s katerim smo želeli preveriti nastavitve in delovanje napredne funkcije.

Title:Robotic welding of steel elements by usage of a COMARC functionality
Abstract:
Welding is an important part of production process. Therefore, with development of automation of welding are also developing welding applications. In diploma is described advanced function which helps for tracking welding seams, to facilitate programming and improving the accuracy of welding. In the introduction is description of the development of robotics and the advantages of robotics in companies. Next chapter is about arc welding. It is written about basics of the welding process with MIG/MAG, welding parameters and their influence on the weld itself. In the end there are described properties of robotic welding. In the below is described the functionality of COMARC, its basics and use. Further more, is more detailed described touch sensing and details about parameters. The last part presents the test procedure of welding with COMARC parameters. With simple case was performed welding test, with which we wanted to verify settings and functioning of advanced function.
