Welding is an important part of production process. Therefore, with development of automation of welding are also developing welding applications. In diploma is described advanced function which helps for tracking welding seams, to facilitate programming and improving the accuracy of welding.
In the introduction is description of the development of robotics and the advantages of robotics in companies. Next chapter is about arc welding. It is written about basics of the welding process with MIG/MAG, welding parameters and their influence on the weld itself. In the end there are described properties of robotic welding. In the below is described the functionality of COMARC, its basics and use. Further more, is more detailed described touch sensing and details about parameters. The last part presents the test procedure of welding with COMARC parameters. With simple case was performed welding test, with which we wanted to verify settings and functioning of advanced function.
