Abstract
V delu sem predstavil osnove elektrostatične razelektritve. Vse od nastanka pa do same razelektritve elektrostatičnega naboja. Elektrostatična razelektritev je pretok elektronov iz površine z določenim potencialom na površino z različnim potencialom, med katerima je nek medij (npr. zrak). Elektrostatična razelektritev povzroči veliko škode v industriji elektronike, zato se podjetja veliko ukvarjajo z njeno preprečitvijo. V sklopu praktičnega izobraževanja in diplomskega dela sem opravljal meritve, v proizvodnji elektronskih komponent in vezij, ki so eden od ukrepov podjetja proti nastajanju škode zaradi elektrostatične razelektritve. Opisal sem vse uporabljene metode merjenja: upornosti delovne površine točka – točka, ozemljitvene upornosti delovne površine, ozemljitvene upornosti stola, stojala in vozička, površinske upornosti ESD delovne obleke, upornosti ESD zapestnice in sistemske upornosti. ...

Title:Measurements of electrostatic protection in the production area
Abstract:
The paper presents the basics of electrostatic discharge. From the formation of electrostatic to discharge. Electrostatic discharge is a flow of electrons from one of the surfaces with a particular potential on the second surface of the different potential, between which is a medium, such as eg. air. Electrostatic discharge can cause a significant damage to the electronic industry, hence many companies are dealing with this issues. As part of the practical education and final thesis I have measured the production of electronics, which are one of the actions companies take against damage caused by electrostatic formation. I have described all implemented methods of measurement; resistance of the working surface point - point, grounding resistance bench, grounding resistance chairs, racks and trolleys, surface resistance of the ESD protective clothing, resistance of ESD bracelets and system resistance. ...
