Abstract

Title:A control software of the prototype device for automated application of solder on coils, their verification and packaging
Abstract:
In the thesis we have developed control software for the prototype device that performs automated application of solder on the free ends of the coil wires, verification of coil resistance and packaging of the good coils on the palette and bad ones in the drawer for bad coils. The workplace is now friendlier, safer and healthier to the operator and more efficient in the production process. An application of the solder to the free ends of the coil wires is now far more accurate and supervised. The influence of the human operator has been eliminated with automatic measurement of resistance; now they are performed under more constant conditions. The control part of the prototype device is based on programmable logic controller Omron CP1L and on a color touchscreen Omron NQ5. The Omron software tool CX-Programmer was used for the development of the software for the logic controller. For the development of the graphical user interface for touchscreen Omron software tool NQ-Designer was used.
