Abstract
V prispevku se avtorice, izhajajoč iz nekaterih spoznanj Kramarja, osredotočajo na aktivno vlogo učencev in dijakov v vzgojno-izobraževalnem procesu, s poudarkom na njihovem vključevanju v oddelčno skupnost ter doživljanju ur oddelčne skupnosti. Teoretični del obravnava pomen oddelčne skupnosti za učenje in optimalni razvoj učencev in dijakov, vlogo razrednika ter koncept participacije. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni izsledki raziskave, izvedene maja in junija 2024 s pomočjo spletnega vprašalnika, v katero je bilo vključenih 1.279 učencev in dijakov. Analiza odgovorov temelji na opisni statistiki, odgovori odprtega tipa pa so bili obdelani z metodo kvalitativne analize. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so ure oddelčne skupnosti večini učencev všeč, najpogosteje zaradi možnosti pogovora, medtem ko jih manjšina zavrača zaradi zgodnje ure ali dolgočasnosti. Najbolj razširjena oblika sodelovanja učencev in dijakov pri urah oddelčne skupnosti je tista, kjer učenci na pobudo razrednika izvedejo določeno aktivnost, medtem ko je samostojno predlaganje in izvedba aktivnosti pri urah oddelčne skupnosti redkejše

Title:The class community and the active role of students within it
Abstract:
This paper, building on selected findings by Dr. Kramar, explores the active role of students in the educational process, with a particular focus on their involvement in the class community and their experiences of class community sessions. The theoretical section highlights the significance of the class community for student learning and optimal development, the role of the class teacher, and the concept of participation. The empirical section presents the results of a study conducted in May and June 2024 using an online questionnaire completed by 1,279 students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while open-ended responses were examined through qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that most students enjoy class community sessions, primarily due to the opportunity for open conversation. However, some students express dissatisfaction, often citing early scheduling or boredom. The most common form of student participation involves implementing activities proposed by the class teacher, whereas student-initiated suggestions and activities occur less frequently
