Abstract
V članku se sprašujeva, na kakšne načine lahko generativna umetna inteligenca (GenUI) prispeva k razvoju študentov v smislu boljšega učenja, kreativnega razmišljanja in timskega dela. Najprej sva na prihod GenUI pogledala s perspektive tradicionalne vloge visokošolskega izobraževanja. Sledi predstavitev izbranih pogledov na znanje in učenje. Pri tem sva poudarila vlogo, ki jo ima lahko GenUI pri informalnem učenju, kreativnosti in ustvarjanju znanja ter pri timskemu učenju in delu. Te procese sva dopolnila s perspektivo multimedijske tehnologije, metaučenja in delovanja skupnosti praks. Na ta način sva oblikovala konceptualni model za analizo možnosti uporabe GenUI v visokošolskem izobraževanju. Uvodna in sklepna razprava je umeščena v kontekst družbe znanja.

Title:ChatGPT, write an article for us about the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in higher education
Abstract:
This article explores how generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) can assist with the development of students through enhanced learning, creative thinking, and teamwork. We begin by examining the advent of GenAI from the perspective of the traditional role held by higher education. This is followed by a presentation of selected views on knowledge and learning, emphasising the role of GenAI in informal learning, creativity, knowledge creation, and collaborative learning and teamwork. These processes are complemented by the perspectives of multimedia technology, meta-learning, and the functioning of communities of practice. Building on the analysis, we develop a conceptual model for examining potential uses of GenAI in higher education. The introductory and concluding discussions are situated in the context of the knowledge society
