Primerjava postopkov in rezultatov ravnotežne dialize in difuzije skozi umetne lipidne membrane pri določanju vezave učinkovin na proteine krvne plazme

Cilj naloge je bil ugotoviti, kakšne so prednosti in slabosti metode PAMPA pri določanju vezave učinkovin na plazemske proteine v primerjavi z ravnotežno dializo, ki velja za zlati standard. Primerjavo v postopkih in rezultatih obeh metod smo izvedli na 12 modelnih učinkovinah z raznoliko in znano vezavo na proteine ter s petimi spojinami iz razvoja novih učinkovin s Katedre za farmacevtsko kemijo.

• Title: Comparison of procedures and results of equilibrium dialysis and diffusion through artificial lipid membranes for the determination of drug binding to blood plasma proteins

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the PAMPA method in determining the binding of active ingredients to plasma proteins compared to equilibrium dialysis, which is considered the gold standard. Comparisons in procedures and results of both methods were performed on 12 model active ingredients with diverse and known protein binding and on five compounds from the development of new active ingredients from the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
