The thesis deals with the selection of the optimal motorcycle using the methods of multi-criteria decisions and utility analysis. In it, different models of motorcycles are examined, presented as individual alternatives which are evaluated on the basis of criteria such as safety, rideability and comfort, specification, reliability and quality, maintenance and, finally, economic aspects. The economic aspects deal with purchase and operating costs, which are then divided into variable and fixed operating costs. Using weighting criteria, utility analysis and cost analysis, the best option is calculated. The final aim is objectively select the motorcycle that offers the best price/utility ratio, facilitating the decision among alternatives on the market.
