In the modern business environment, ensuring information security has become crucial for the long-term success of organizations. This thesis examines the impact of implementing the ISO/IEC 27001 standard on the transformation of organizational culture within a selected company. It focuses on how these structural and organizational changes have influenced employee behavior at the individual level and the overall information security culture. Through a case study, the thesis demonstrates how implementing this standard can lead to improved awareness and behavior regarding information security, contributing to more effective risk management. The research also addresses the importance of leadership and organizational learning in the successful integration of security practices. The findings indicate that the implementation of ISO/IEC 27001 positively affects all levels of organizational culture, thereby strengthening the organization's overall information security and competitiveness.
