Gender equality means guaranteeing equal rights and equal treatment between men and women in all areas of life, including family, society, politics and the economy. Key aspects of gender equality are reflected in legal equality, education equality, decision-making equality in the labour market, in social and cultural equality, and in health rights. Through the theoretical and empirical part of the master's thesis, we will look at how crucial gender equality management is, to create a fairer and more successful work environment. What approaches should companies take in order to successfully manage gender equality, be better prepared for the challenges of the modern business world and, last but not least, remain competitive in the labour market. We will analyse gender equality in a multinational company operating in several countries of the former Yugoslavian state.
