The thesis explores how a company’s organizational values align with the individual values of employees and the impact of this alignment on their motivation. The theoretical part discusses the importance of values in shaping organizational culture while the empirical part analyses interviews with employees in Slovenian company. It was found that value alignment is better among long - term employees, while new employees show slight discrepancies, affecting their satisfaction. The thesis highlights the importance of effective leadership and offers recommendations for improving the integration of values within the company to enhance motivation and success.
