The focus of my thesis is on the holistic redesign and optimisation of the NLB Klik mobile application. In the analytical phase, I present the basics of mobile banking, and present the user experience and user interface in detail. Based on quantitative and qualitative research, I identify the most highlighted problems faced by users. These are used as a
guide for a thorough redesign of the application, with the
aim of improving its functionality, usability and user experience.
