Abstract
Diplomsko delo prikazuje proces ustvarjanja kratkih video posnetkov za Instagram, TikTok in YouTube račune plesnega društva Salam Ghazeea. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej pojasnili pomen oglaševanja na družbenih omrežjih. Nato smo pojasnili, kaj so kratki video posnetki ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Predstavili smo naštete platforme in opisali različne načine uporabe kratkih video posnetkov v oglaševanju. Prav tako smo primerjali video urejevalnike znotraj platform. V eksperimentalnem delu smo se pogovorili z ustanoviteljico plesnega društva, da bi spoznali njene želje in s pridobljenimi informacijami določili teme video posnetkov in ustvarili uredniški koledar, kamor smo zapisali celoten načrt. V naslednji fazi smo uredili video posnetke in jih v času enega meseca objavljali na Instagram, TikTok in YouTube računih podjetja. Na koncu smo analizirali rezultate s pomočjo analitičnih metod. Primerjali smo doseg uporabnikov na posameznih platformah in njihove demografske podatke. Poleg tega smo primerjali uspešnost. Ugotavljali smo, na kateri platformi smo dosegli največ uporabnikov in katera kategorija video posnetkov je bila najuspešnejša.

Title:Comparison of different platforms for short-form videos
Abstract:
The thesis demonstrates the process of creating short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for Salam Ghazeea, a dance studio. In the theoretical part we explained the role of social media advertising. We also described what short-form videos are and compared their advantages and disadvantages. We wrote about the use of short-form videos in advertising and described how we can use above mentioned platform to advertise. Additionally, we compared the integrated video editors in each platform. In the experimental part, we spoke to the founder of the dance studio in order to learn about their goals. Using the obtained information we determined video topics and created an editorial calendar where we wrote down the entire plan. In the next phase we edited the videos and published them on their social media platforms over the course of one month. Finally, we analyzed the results using analytical data. We compared the reach of users between platforms and analyzed the demographic data. In addition, we compared performance of the videos. We determined on which platform we reached the most users and which category of videos was the most successful.
