We can conclude that traffic management in the face of daily load increases, occurrences of extraordinary events on the roads such as traffic accidents, traffic jams due to migration, reconstruction works or even measures of neighboring countries to limit the traffic of certain types of vehicles (trucks during winter conditions, transit restrictions due to other conditions abroad...) an increasingly possible scenario and nothing more than a set of circumstances.
I also found that all stakeholders in traffic management are not coordinated, they do not have developed unified action plans, and the areas of work are also vaguely demarcated, and thus responsibility and coordination are necessary to establish a smooth flow of traffic more quickly.
The optimal tool for ensuring a high level of traffic safety on Slovenian highways is certainly uniform traffic control and management. The intelligent information highway ensures easier and faster travel for the user, and it is also very important in the field of traffic safety.
