The diploma thesis deals with constructing a wooden prefabricated building with the help of the Revit software programme. The aim was to study and present the methods that enable efficient planning and modeling in wooden construction, with an emphasis on the advantages of using parametric elements and libraries. The Revit software was used during the research, this allows for quick adaptation and modification of plans and optimization of construction processes. The results show how the use of such technology can contribute to better organization of project phases and easier management of change. The importance of using appropriate materials and methods to ensure the quality and stability of the building is particularly emphasized. The work also focuses on analyzing various structural elements and their role in achieving the optimal functionality and aesthetic value of the building. Using Revit can save not only time and money, but also enable better integration of all construction phases, which is crucial.
