V okviru diplomskega dela sem izvedla analizo na področju ravnanja z nevarnimi kemikalijami v proizvodnem obratu podjetja, ki je specializirano za proizvodnjo fitofarmacevtskih sredstev. Delo temelji na pregledu zakonodaje o nevarnih kemikalijah in o njihovi profesionalni rabi, identifikaciji nevarnosti, ki jih posamezne kemikalije predstavljajo, izpostavljenosti zaposlenih in programu usposabljanja delavcev v proizvodnji fitofarmacevtskih sredstev. V analizo sem vključila ključne identifikacijske podatke, kot CAS in EC številka in komunikacijske elemente za prepoznavanje nevarnosti. Na podlagi pregleda varnostnih listov nevarnih kemikalij ter povprečnih letnih količin, ki se uporabljajo v obratu, in z določitvijo skupin nevarnosti, sem sestavila program usposabljanja za delavce, ki ravnajo z nevarnimi kemikalijami.

• Title: TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR WORKERS HANDLING HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS

Abstract

As part of my thesis, I conducted an analysis in the field of handling dangerous chemicals in the production plant of a company that specialises in the production of plant protection products. The work is based on a review of legislation on hazardous chemicals and their professional use, identification of the dangers posed by individual chemicals, the identification of hazards posed by individual chemicals, employee exposure, and the training programme for workers in the production of plant protection products. In the analysis, I included key identification data, such as CAS and EC number, and communication elements for hazard recognition. Based on the review of safety data sheets of hazardous chemicals, the average annual quantities used in the facility, and the determination of hazard groups, I developed a training programme for workers handling hazardous chemicals.
