In addition to devices such as a multimeter, an oscilloscope and a soldering iron, a power supply is also a very important device in any electrical engineering laboratory. As part of my thesis, I decided to make a laboratory power supply.
The power supply consists of a graphic interface that is initially connected to a step-down switching converter and later to a mains voltage switching converter.
The goal of my project is to develop a power supply that will be as universal and functional as possible, which will contribute to faster, more efficient and accurate testing and development of electronic devices in the laboratory.
Manufactured power supply allows the generation of current and voltage up to 50 V and 20 A.
