Abstract
Večina ljudi vsaj del svojega dneva preživi na delovnem mestu. Pomembno je, da se na svojem delovnem mestu počutimo dobro in smo zadovoljni, na kar pa vplivajo tudi dejavniki delovnega okolja. Namen diplomskega dela je bil z metodo anketiranja v izbranih organizacijah ugotoviti, ali so zaposleni zadovoljni z dejavniki delovnega okolje na svojem delovnem mestu. Na podlagi teh podatkov je bilo nato ugotovljeno in analizirano, pri katerih dejavnikih so možne izboljšave, nato pa so bili podani predlogi za izboljšave. Z raziskavo je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v organizacijah na splošno zadovoljni z dejavniki delovnega okolja. Primerjava dveh organizacij je pokazala večje zadovoljstvo v drugi organizaciji. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so zaposleni v obeh organizacijah najbolj zadovoljni z odnosi na delovnem mestu, najmanjše pa je zadovoljstvo z ustreznostjo razmer na delovnem mestu (temperatura, vlaga, prostornost itd.) ter možnostjo napredovanja in izobraževanja, zato se predlaga ukrepe in izboljšave na teh področjih.

Title:Comparision of factors of employee-friendly working environment in selected organizations
Abstract:
Most people spend at least a part of their day at work. It is important for us to feel good and satisfied at our workplace, which is influenced by various factors of the work environment. The purpose of this thesis was to determine, through a survey method in selected organizations, whether employees are satisfied with the factors of the work environment at their workplace. Based on this data, it was then determined and analysed, which factors have room for improvement, and based on this, suggestions for improvements were made. The research found that employees in the organizations are generally satisfied with the factors of the work environment. A comparison of two organizations showed greater satisfaction in the second organization. The research results indicate that employees in both organizations are most satisfied with workplace relationships and the least satisfied with the adequacy of workplace conditions (temperature, humidity, spaciousness etc.) and opportunities for promotion and education. Therefore, measures and improvements in these areas are recommended.
