In the master's thesis, we studied the incidence of short-term adverse effects of vaccination against Covid-19 in the population of employees in education. Data were collected using a validated self-assessment questionnaire and statistically evaluated. Local adverse effects were more common with mRNA than with vector vaccines, especially with elasomeran. Differences in incidence varied between 5 and 15%. Systemic adverse events were more common with vector vaccines, with differences in incidence between 1 and 20%. Women, people under 50 years of age and people with a body mass index that deviates from the normal mass have been shown to be more susceptible to the onset of adverse effects, both local and systemic.
