Komunikacijski standardi za podporo avtonomne vožnje

V diplomski nalogi smo se poglobili v svet komunikacijskih tehnologij v sklopu avtonomne vožnje. Natančneje, preučili smo tri ključne standarde, ki smo jih poenoteno imenovali DSRC, LTE C-V2X in 5G NR-V2X. Opisali smo njihove osnove, jih med seboj primerjali, našteli nekaj konkretnih primerov uporabe ter obravnavali področje varnosti in zasebnosti. Za lažje razumevanje osnovnih konceptov avtonomne vožnje smo predstavili tudi njene temelje in vse gradnike, ki so pomembni za njeno delovanje. Pričakovali smo, da bo vsak standard nadgradnja prejšnjega. Na podlagi opisov, primerjav in analiz smo to trditev tudi podprli.

• Title: Communication Standards for Support of Autonomous Driving

Abstract

In this thesis, we explored the world of communication technologies within the domain of autonomous driving. Specifically, three key standards were examined, collectively designated as DSRC, LTE C-V2X, and 5G NR-V2X. We described their basics, compared them with one another, listed some specific use cases, and also addressed the areas of security and privacy. To better understand some basic concepts of autonomous driving, we also presented its fundamentals and all the components essential for its operation. It was anticipated that each standard would be an upgrade over the previous one. Based on descriptions, comparisons, and analyses we supported this assertion.
