Due to its success, teamwork has become an important part of work organization. When forming efficient teams, teambuilding programmes are of great value. We prepared a questionnaire and sent it to managers of micro and small wood companies. Using the questionnaire, we analysed teamwork in micro and small wood companies and their knowledge about teambuilding programmes. We have concluded that managers of wood companies already have experience with teamwork and work organization in teams is already present in the work process. The employees have already undertaken teambuilding programmes; mostly entertaining programmes. The teambuilding programmes are suitable for all employees. There is substantial interest in teambuilding programmes which stimulate efficiency and productivity, solving problems regarding communication, loyalty and moreover teambuilding is perceived as a form of relaxation outside the working environment. Taking into consideration the analysis of the questionnaire answers, we have formed a suitable teambuilding programme, which would contribute to better employee communication; it would increase productivity, efficiency and employees% affiliation to the company and furthermore it would be relaxing and entertaining.
