Abstract
Vodje so v delovnem okolju eni izmed ključnih akterjev, saj s svojimi socialnimi, vodstvenimi, organizacijskimi in čustvenimi sposobnostmi ter znanji ustvarjajo organizacijsko okolje in skupaj z zaposlenimi uresničujejo organizacijske cilje. Vloga vodij je, da zraven strokovnih nalog vzpostavljajo tudi pozitivno in zdravo ter čustveno varno delovno okolje. Zato je pomembno kakšno je njihovo vedenje, saj v organizaciji prihaja do medsebojnih interakcij med vodji in zaposlenimi. Pri tem pa lahko pride do situacij, ki pozitivno ali negativno vplivajo na zaposlene. Negativne interakcije se lahko kot posledice kažejo tudi skozi vidik trpinčenja na delovnem mestu. Namen diplomskega dela je bil pripraviti analizo povezanosti vedenja vodij in trpinčenja zaposlenih na upravnih enotah osrednjeslovenske statistične regije. Raziskava diplomskega dela je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, rezultati raziskave pa so bili statistično obdelani v programih Excel in SPSS. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da med vedenjem vodij in trpinčenjem zaposlenih na upravnih enotah osrednjeslovenske statistične regije obstaja povezanost. Večina vedenj vodij je zmerno povezana s trpinčenjem na delovnem mestu, medtem ko sta pasivno vedenje in odnos vodje do samega sebe šibko povezana s trpinčenjem na delovnem mestu. Pri spremenljivki, ki obravnava asertivno vedenje vodij, pa rezultati raziskave kažejo, da obstaja močna povezanost s trpinčenjem zaposlenih na upravnih enotah osrednjeslovenske statistične regije.

Title:The association between the behaviour of leaders and mobing of employees in the administrative units in the Osrednjeslovenska statistical region
Abstract:
Leaders are key actors in the workplace, as they use their social, leadership, organizational and emotional skills and knowledge to shape the organizational and work goals with employees to achieve organizational goals. The role of leaders is to create a positive and healthy work environment, reflecting their various personality traits in their behavior. In an organization, there is an interaction between the leader and the employees, that can lead to situations that have positive or negative impact on employees. Negative interactions can also manifest as workplace mobing. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the association between the behavior of leaders and mobing of employees in administrative units of the Osrednjeslovenska statistical region. The research was carried out using a questionnaire and the survey data was statistically processed using Excel and SPSS. The results of the survey show that there is a association between behaviour of leaders and mobing of employees in administrative units of the Osrednjeslovenska statistical region. Most behaviors are somewhat related to workplace mobing, while passive behavior and the leader's attitude toward him/herself themselves are slightly related to mobing. For the variable that examines assertive behavior of leaders, the results of the survey indicate a strong association with mobing of employees in administrative units of the Osrednjeslovenska statistical region.
