This diploma thesis presents the development process, architecture, and implementation
of a system designed for generating and verifying digital membership
cards. The used tools, purpose, and evaluation of the entire system
are also explained. The system enables the import of personal data of club
members through an Excel file. Based on this data the system generates
a digital card (PKPass file) that the member can download and import to
their digital wallet on their smartphone. Digital cards enable easy sharing
of contact information (in vCard format) by scanning the QR code on the
card, and they also serve as an alternative to physical membership cards. On
the back of the cards there is also a hyperlink that allows members to check
the validity of their membership. Through this hyperlink the system verifies
whether the membership card is valid and notifies the user with a graphical
message.
