The aim of the thesis is to make a 3D printed bottle cap, which can also be used as a stamp.
In the theoretical part, classic procedures for making stamps are briefly described and presented, followed by an overview of similar applications that were made using 3D printing technology.
The following is a brief description of 3D printing technologies, with a greater emphasis on those that can be used for such applications. In addition to technologies, materials for 3D printing, which can be used to make stamps, are also presented.
In the practical part, the process of modeling the stamp, 3D printing and analysis of the functionality of the final product is described and shown. In the modeling phase, the dimensions and the final shape of the product were determined, convex printing elements were thoughtfully included in the design, which enable the production of prints and the analysis of print quality. At the end, the results of the visual and image analysis of both the stamp itself and the prints are given.
In the conclusion, based on the results, guidelines are given for the use of appropriate materials and 3D printing technologies for the production of a stamp.
