The master's thesis focuses on the development of programs for wire arc additive manufacturing process using SprutCAM software and the production of one product on a welding robot. To achieve this, it was necessary to develop a digital twin of the robotic welding cell in SprutCAM software and study its additive operations. Programs for wire arc additive manufacturing process for three different products were created, one of the products was physically produced using a welding robot. We determined that developing a digital twin is a complex process and our digital twin is actually just a digital model. Nevertheless, we demonstrated the suitability of SprutCAM software for developing digital models and programming of wire arc additive manufacturing process. Finally, a cost comparison between manufacturing with conventional processes and wire arc additive manufacturing was made. The results indicated that the choice of the manufacturing process depends on the geometry of the product and the complexity associated with using the conventional processes.
