This thesis demonstrates the usage of a game engine for military training. The goal was to make an accurate simulation of an armoured personnel carrier, that enables training of new and existing drivers and gunners. The process of development is described, from collecting the required information, programming, integrating software with hardware and testing of the final product. Different types of simulations are introduced, with the advantages and disadvantages of the type that is used in this thesis being described in more detail. The final product is a computer simulation, integrated into a replica of the cabin interior, made by Guardiaris, which is set up on a moving platform.
