Companies strive for the greatest possible flexibility and the lowest possible costs, so they often decide to combine manual and automated production cells at the beginning of the product's life and a fully automated line when the product has matured and larger orders are guaranteed. The most important requirements for such a combination are ergonomics and achieving the cycle time of the automated part of the production line.To deal with such requirements, established methods of lean manufacturing, ergonomics and other methods for analyzing the assembly process are needed. The result of the thesis is a manual workplace for assembling the rotor, which takes into account the requirements of ergonomics to the greatest extent possible and to some extent achieves the cycle time of an automated production line.
