Izvleček
V diplomskem delu bom primerjala kristalne strukture petih spojin. Te spojine so sestavljene iz 1,10-fenantrolinijevega kationa ali njegovega derivata in heksafluridofosfatatnega aniona. Spojine, ki jih bom predstavila so: 1,10-fenantrolinijev heksafluoridofosfat, [(phen)H][PF6] (1), 2,9-dimetil-1,10-fenantrolinijev heksafluoridofosfat, [Me2(phen)H][PF6] (2), 9-fenil-1,10-fenantrolinijev heksafluoridofosfat, [Ph(phen)H][PF6] (3), 4,7-difenil-1,10-fenantrolinijev heksafluoridofosfat, [Ph2(phen)H][PF6] (4), 2,9-dimetil-4,7-difenil-1,10-fenantrolinijev heksafluoridofosfat, [Me2Ph2(phen)H][PF6] (5). V diplomski nalogi se bom osredotočila na sintezo posameznih spojin, ter na primerjavo kristalnih struktur spojin, ki so jih dobili z rentgensko strukturno analizo.

I will compare the crystal structures of five compounds. These compounds consist of a 1,10-phenanthrolinium cation or its derivative and a hexafluoridphosphate anion. The compounds I will present are: 1,10-phenanthrolinium hexafluoridophosphate, [(phen)H][PF6] (1), 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthrolinium hexafluoridophosphate, [Me2(phen)H][PF6] (2), 9-phenyl-1,10-phenanthrolinium hexafluoridophosphate, [Ph(phen)H][PF6] (3), 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolinium hexafluoridophosphate, [Ph2(phen)H][PF6] (4), 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-dipheyl-1,10-phenanthrolinium hexafluoridophosphate, [Me2Ph2(phen)H][PF6] (5). I will focus on the synthesis of individual compounds and on the comparison of the crystal structures of the compounds obtained by X-ray diffraction.
