Physical activity in pre-school has a positive effect on children's growth and development, promoting normal organ function and improving health. This period should be well used for acquiring new motor skills and knowledge, which will not only contribute to the overall development in early childhood, but also facilitate the integration in various sport activities in later life. In the introductory part of the thesis, we presented the physical and motor development of the child, the importance of physical activity in the pre-school period, movement in Slovenian kindergartens, the importance of individualisation of exercise and the teaching form of working with pre-school children. The aim of the master's thesis was to study the possibility of designing a polygon that can be quickly adapted to different age groups of children with small changes in its structure. The aim of the master thesis was to compile and illustrate 10 examples of polygons where the difficulty of the content can be adapted to a specific age group of children or to individuals within that group by simply changing parts, adding additional sports equipment or changing the way they move. The master's thesis can be of help to all educators in the implementation of movement activities in kindergartens, to sports pedagogues in their work with pupils in the first trimester, and also to all trainers in sports associations involved in the training of younger children
