The diploma thesis describes the field of chatbots and the field of natural language processing. Thesis delves into development of a chatbot prototype for Microsoft Teams business communication platform, which, with the help of the Microsoft LUIS natural language recognition service, has the ability to automatically recognize the intent of the messages it receives from users. Diploma thesis describes how the chatbot was implemented, project's architecture, chatbot's capabilities, methods of training and configuring the model for natural language recognition, the integration of chatbot with the digital document management service InDoc EDGE, describes the problems encountered during development and the necessary solutions for further development and deployment of chatbot to a production environment.
