This thesis is about creating a system for capturing and managing data from controllers of industrial machines.
The system will communicate in real time with the programmable logic controller on the device via the OPC UA protocol and thus add new functionalities to it. It will store sensor values, alarm data and other events that could affect the quality of the final product in the database and record them in the audit trail. The system will also send recipe data required for machine operation to the controller. In combination with the controller, it will take care of authentication and authorization for users of the machine. The user will be able to review and edit all data via the user interface.
