The BA thesis present the design of an idea brand. In addition to the visual identity, I will also design the packaging for the tea line. I will describe the whole design process step by step. The aim of the diploma work is to get acquainted with and understand the theory and process of designing a brand.
The thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, I will define and focus on the concepts of brand and its identity, target group, graphic image, packaging and tea. I will then transfer and apply the understanding and application of this theory in second, practical part. I will work on creating the visual identity of the brand, which will consist of a logo, color and typographic system. I will then use all the set components to create the image of the packaging for the product line. The aim of the task is to present a line of different teas that are connected by appearance, and at the same time the packaging itself indicates what type of tea it is.
