Goal of this master’s thesis is planning and development of drone pit. Every step and
used element will be presented separately.
At first it was important to examine the area, where the pit will be. On the basis of this,
the right concept was designed. After that, electrical scheme had to be drawn
according to the Eplan standards. After examination and approval of these scheme’s,
programming had to be done in Unitronics software. In the end, everything had to be
tested separately – by parts, and as well as a system.
Result was reconstructed and automated platform, which enables dron to
autonomously land and connects it to the power supply via mechanical switches. When
the dron is charging up, the dome closes and locks, so the drone is protected from
environmental factors and humans.
