Vpliv krajšanja časa menjave orodja na lasno ceno storitve

V zaključni nalogi je prikazan primer vpliva krajšanja časa menjave orodja na lastno ceno storitve z uvedbo SMED metode. Posledica uvedbe SMED je zmanjšanje lastne cene storitve ter pretočnih časov. Obrezilno orodje je sestavljeno preko ročne montaže, zaradi velikega števila komponent pa je potrebno orodje fino nastavljati šele, ko je del proizvodnega procesa. Doseženo je bilo 48,16 % skrajšanje delovnega časa ter 47 % zmanjšanje lastne cene storitve.

Izvleček

In the final paper, an example of the impact of reducing the tool change time on the own cost of the service by introducing the SMED method. The result of the introduction of the SMED method is the reduction of the own cost and the lead time of the service. The trimming tool is assembled by hand, but due to the large number of components, the tool can only be fine-tuned as part of the production process. A 48,16 % reduction in labor time and a 47 % reduction in the price of the service were achieved.
