Pridelava grozdja in vina žlahtne vinske trte sorte 'Modri pinot' (Vitis vinifera L.) v vinorodnem okolišu Štajerska Slovenija

Abstract
'Modri pinot' ali 'Modri burgundec' spada med priporočene sorte žlahtne vinske trte (Vitis vinifera L.) vinorodnega okoliša Štajerska Slovenija. S podatki iz Registra pridelovalcev grozdja in vina (RPGV), Kmetijsko gozdarske zbornice Slovenije – Zavod Maribor (KGZS MB) in baze podatkov Bakhus smo predstavili površine vinogradov, količine ter parametre kemijske kakovosti grozdja in vina sorte 'Modri pinot' iz vinorodnega okoliša Štajerska Slovenija. V vinorodnem okolišu Štajerska Slovenija je trenutno s sorto 'Modri pinot' posajenih 127 ha, kar predstavlja 55 % površin vinogradov v Sloveniji. Glede na podatke iz RPGV za obdobje 2006-2021 lahko rečemo, da se površine s to sorto v okolišu Štajerska Slovenija povečujejo. Podatki, ki jih na KGZ MB pridobivajo letno kažejo, da je bila povprečna masa 100-tih jagod sorte 'Modri pinot' v obdobju 2018-2020 74,5 g, vsebnost skupnih sladkorjev 16,8 °Brix in skupnih kislin 10,9 g/l. Količina pridelanega vina se v zadnjem desetletju ni povečala, v povprečju se v okoliši Štajerska Slovenija letno pridela 246.617 litrov vina modri pinot. Vina modri pinot analizirana v desetletnem obdobju (2010-2020) vsebujejo povprečno 12,8 vol. % alkohola, 5,7 g/l sladkorja in 5,9 g/l skupnih kislin. V Štajerski Sloveniji se največ (68 %) pridela kakovostnega vina modri pinot.

Title:Production of grape and wine of grapevine variety 'Pinot noir' (Vitis vinifera L.) in Štajerska Slovenija winegrowing district
Abstract:
'Pinot noir' or 'Modri burgundec' is one of the recommended grapevine varieties (Vitis vinifera L.) in Štajerska Slovenija winegrowing district. Taking into account data from Register of grape and wine producers (RPGV), Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry of Slovenija (KGZS MB) and Bakhus database, we presented the vineyard area, quantity and chemical quality parameters of grape and wine of the 'Pinot noir' grapevine variety from the Štajerska Slovenija winegrowing district of Slovenija. In the winegrowing region of Štajerska Slovenija, 127 ha are currently planted with 'Pinot noir' variety, which represents 55 % of vineyards with 'Pinot noir' in Slovenija. According to the RPGV data for the period 2006-2021, vineyards area with 'Pinot noir' variety in Štajerska Slovenija district has increased. Data, obtained from KGZS MB, shows that the average weight of 100 berries of 'Pinot noir' in 2018-2020 was 74.5 g, with a total sugar content of 16.8 °Brix and total acidity 10.9 g/l. The production of pinot noir wine has not increased over the last decade, with an annual average production of 246.617 l of pinot noir in Štajerska Slovenija district. 'Pinot noir' wines analysed over a ten-year period (2010-2020) contain average 12.8 vol. % of alcohol, 5.7 g/l sugars and 5.9 g/l total aciditys. The most share (68 %) of pinot noir wine produced in Štajerska Slovenija winegrowing district is qualified as a high quality wine.
