The goal of talent management is to increase the efficiency of the organization. Employees, leaders and managers, the process of leadership and decision-making, the commitment of the individual, the organizational climate and culture, the employer branding of the organization and its visibility in a national or global context play a key role in determining the success of talent management. The aim of the diploma thesis is to examine the connection between the leadership process and employee engagement on one side and on the other the connection between leadership and commitment. The second section deals with verifying the link between talent management and the organizational business performance. So, the basic research question is how talent management affects the organizational culture and business performance of an organization. It is important that the employer value proposition (EVP) is created in a very specific (differentiated) way with an emphasis on the competitive advantage of the organization. Digitization of human resources processes is one of the main factors in increasing productivity and improving business processes.
