Nowadays, corporate social responsibility is gaining importance. Today, strict and strict adherence to legal obligations and a minimum investment that would meet the need to comply with the rules and norms related to socially responsible behavior are no longer enough. Today, more is expected of companies in a wide variety of industries if they are to be successful and recognized in the long run. Active participation and innovative solutions and ideas related to socially responsible behavior are expected.
In my master's thesis, I researched how social responsibility affects a company's reputation and trust in consumers and how reputation and trust are related. I used the survey questionnaire and its analysis to test the hypotheses and concluded that the company's socially responsible behavior has a significant impact on its reputation and trust in it. At the same time, I also found that the greater the company’s reputation, the greater the trust in it.
