Izvleček
V letu 2020 je s pojavom virusa COVID-19 postalo prezračevanje bolj pomembno kot kadarkoli prej. V Nemčiji so s tem razlogom razvili sistem za odsesavanje zraka, ki smo ga poustvarili pri nas, za uporabo v učilnicah, studiih in drugje. Sistem deluje s pomočjo principa dviganja toplega zraka, ki ga ventilator posrka v cev, ta pa odvaja onesnažen zrak izven zaprtega prostora. Izdihan zrak tako ne kroži po prostoru vendar je nemudoma odstranjen s čemer zmanjšamo možnost okužbe z virusom. Merili smo volumski pretok zraka ter koncentracijo CO2 v zunanjosti, na vhodu v cev ter na treh točkah v bivalni coni uporabnika sistema. Ker ne moremo meriti prisotnost virusa v prostoru je raven CO2 služila kot indikator učinkovitosti prezračevanja. Uporabili smo tudi REHVA prezračevalni kalkulator, ki je bil razvit za oceno učinka prezračevanja na okužbo s COVID-19.

Naslov:Ventilation with the help of air extraction system during COVID-19

In the year 2020, with the surge of COVID-19 virus, ventilation became more important than ever. For this reason an air extraction system was developed in Germany, which we have recreated here, for use in classrooms, studios and elsewhere. System operates on the basis of rising of warm air, which is then sucked into the pipe by a ventilator and then removed from an enclosed space. By these means, exhaled air isn't circulating in the room, but is immediately removed, which lowers the possibility of contracting the virus. We measured the volume flow of air along with the concentration of CO2 in the outside, at the entrance of the tube and in three different points in a residential zone of a system user. As we cannot measure presence of virus in the air, we used CO2 levels as indicators for ventilation efficiency. We have also used REHVA ventilation calculator, that was developed to help asses the effect ventilation has on infection with COVID-19.
