Abstract
Podjetje, ki si želi uspešno zasledovati svoje cilje, mora najprej poskrbeti, da ima prave ljudi na pravih delovnih mestih. To je ključna naloga kadrovske politike v podjetju, katere temelj predstavlja močna strateška vloga funkcije MČV v podjetju. Identifikacija in zadrževanje (retencija) talentov bosta za podjetja v prihodnje ključni, če bodo želela obdržati in izboljšati tržni položaj. V diplomskem delu se osredotočam na obravnavo kadrovske politike v izbranem podjetju s poudarkom na področjih identifikacije, retencije ter razvoja talentov. Za uspešno politiko upravljanja s talenti je zelo pomembno, da se podjetje odloči, kakšno politiko pridobivanja talentov bo zasledovalo. Pri tem je ključna politika visokega učinka in visokega potenciala, saj je od tega odvisno, kako uspešno bo podjetje pri retenciji talentov. Skozi PEST analizo sem analiziral položaj multinacionalke Lindström v Sloveniji ter kako njihov skandinavski način vodenja podjetij vpliva in oblikuje politiko identifikacije, upravljanja in razvoja talentov.

Title:Talent identification, management and development; the case of multinational Lindström : diplomsko delo
Abstract:
A company that wants to pursue its goals successfully must first make sure it has the right people in the right jobs. This is also a key task of the company's human resources policy, the foundation of which is the strong strategic role of the human resource management function in the company. Identifying and retaining talent will be crucial for companies in the future if they want to maintain and improve their market position. In my bachelor’s thesis, I focus on the discussion of personnel policy in the selected company with an emphasis on the areas of identification, retention and talent development. For a successful talent management policy, it is very important for the company to decide what talent acquisition policy it will pursue. The key here is a policy of high performance and high potential because it depends on how successful the company will be in talent retention. Through PEST analysis, I analyzed the position of the multinational Lindström in Slovenia and how their Scandinavian way of running companies influences and shapes the policy of talent identification, management and development.
