The result of architectural planning is a number of plans, inventories and other graphic representations, which often cause headaches even for the experts in the professional field. Successful communication between the participating experts on the project and the investor or the general public often involves the use of architectural visualization. The latter interprets the conceptual design of an architectural object by drawing a virtual 3D model. The master's thesis deals with alternative techniques in architectural visualization. These resettle from photorealistic depiction to stylization, which is subject to the exposure of specific visual accents to interpret the specific ambience of space. The research in the theoretical part identifies various stylization techniques that are currently the most popular in the world of architectural visualization. As part of the experimental work, a stylized architectural visualization of the conceptual design of a family house was created, which realizes the idea of the intertwining of modern architecture with nature. The chosen stylization technique is based on emphasizing the homely ambience in order to present the architectural design of the building to the viewer as an ideal family home. The sample for the chosen stylization technique comes from a recognizable style in stylized architectural depiction. The latter recreates an almost idealistic image of the space, full of joy, warmth and with a distinct dream factor. Despite the stylization of the resulting architectural visualization, the latter retains all the original properties of the depicted elements. The distinctiveness of the interpreted space is crucial for a clear interpretation of the architectural design of the building. The master's thesis describes the entire process of making a stylized architectural visualization, from the planning of its conceptual design to the final depiction. During the work, the master's thesis explains the elimination of problems that arose during the work. The result of the master's thesis is the author's work. Namely, it reflects the personal view of the author of the master's thesis on the designed space and her personal choice of the software used. The master's thesis provides an insight into the path to creating a stylized architectural visualization, which illustrates the application of stylization techniques on a practical example.
