Abstract
Na delovnem mestu preživimo približno eno tretjino svojega življenja, zato je pomembno, da delamo nekaj kar nas osrečuje. Menedžer za delovno srečo je tako nekdo, ki nas v organizaciji pri tem usmerja in vodi, da nismo pri svojem delu samo zadovoljni, ampak zares srečni. Nekateri pravijo, da je to poklic prihodnosti, spet drugi trdijo, da je to samo novo ime za menedžerja človeških virov. Kako se poklica prepletala? Ali bo menedžer za srečo, ki je relativno nov koncept na trgu, kmalu postal globalni trend? Tega ne vemo, vemo pa da vse več organizacij, tudi v Sloveniji, daje v ospredje svoje zaposlene in skrb za njih ter da niso več pomembni samo rezultati. V empiričnem delu je predstavljeno kdo sploh je menedžer za srečo, kakšna je njegova vloga ter kako v enem izmed slovenskih podjetjih zaposleni vidijo vlogo njihovega menedžerja za srečo v povezavi z njihovo srečo na delovnem mestu. Sreča se začne pri nas samih, pomembna pa je tudi na ravni ekipe in organizacije, da lahko govorimo o sreči na delovnem mestu.

Title:Chief Happiness Officer in Slovenian companies
Abstract:
We spend about one-third of our lives at work, so it is important to do something that makes us happy. A chief happiness officer is someone who guides us so that we are not only satisfied with in our workplace, but that we are really happy. Some say it is the profession of the future, yet others argue it is just a new name for a human resources management. How did the profession intertwine? Will the chief happiness officer, which is a relatively new concept in the market, soon become a global trend? We do not know this, but we know that more and more organizations, including in Slovenia, are focusing on their employees and caring for them, and that it is no longer just the results that matter. The empirical part presents who is the chief happiness officer, what his role is and how employees in one of the Slovenian companies see the role of their chief happiness officer in connection with their happiness at work. Happiness starts with ourselves, but it is also important at the team and organization level that we can talk about happiness in the workplace.
