New electrode materials based on C, Bi, Sn, etc. have been established in voltammetry, after Hg. In particular, Bi and C modifications show a number of advantages and are used to determine biologically important analytes such as metal ions, nitrophenols and glucose. Glucose sensors with glucose oxidase are the most important among biosensors. I have studied the properties of carbon-based electrode materials, various recording techniques (CV, SWV, DPV, AdV) and the response to a biologically important analyte. I prepared a calibration curve for glucose supplements, calculated stoichiometry, and determined LOD.
