Work-related stress is fairly common and can impact the well-being and productivity of employees as well as business success of organisations. It is important, that organisations accept responsibility for it and take timely action. Primary, secondary and tertiary methods can be used for stress reduction. Primary methods are focused on recognition of stress factors and involve actions in restricting them. Through secondary methods, a company helps its employees develop their own stress management methods. The goal of tertiary methods is recuperation of employees, who suffer serious consequences of stress and helping them return to workplace. The empirical part of this thesis is based on a case study, presenting used stress reducing methods and their efficiency from the employees point of view.
