Abstract
Lesena transportna embalaža je dokaj preprost izdelek, namenjen zaščiti različnega blaga med transportom. Tolerance njenih dimenzij se podajajo v milimetrih in temu je prilagojen tudi proizvodni proces. Tudi tako enostaven izdelek pa je podvržen vsem tržnim, tehničnim in tehnološkim zahtevam, ki jih lahko opišemo z marketinškim principom 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion = Izdelek, Cena, Distribucija, Promocija). Diplomska naloga je posredno osredotočena na ceno izdelka. Z namenom, da bi podjetje utrdilo svoj položaj na trgu in še povečalo tržni delež, želijo izboljšati vse elemente konkurenčnosti, med katerimi izstopa stroškovna vzdržnost. Pričujoče delo je zato osredotočeno na racionalizacijo določenih delovnih operacij z namenom ustvariti prihranke na izdelovalnih časih. V nalogi je najprej opisano aktualno stanje proizvodnega procesa v odnosu na teoretične osnove, nadaljuje pa se z natančno časovno analizo posameznih proizvodnih operacij. Na osnovi opazovanja in meritev smo definirali delovno operacijo, pri kateri je z majhnimi stroški možno doseči največji učinek glede izdelovalnega časa. V nalogi smo v ta namen zasnovali pozicionirni sistem, ki ga je možno uvesti tudi v sorodnih proizvodnjah znotraj in izven skupine. Kombinacija laserskega projektorja in pozicionirnih elementov dopušča uvedbo že v obstoječo proizvodnjo, prioritetno pa je namenjena za nov proizvodni obrat, v katerem bo tudi sodobnejša struktura proizvodnega procesa pripomogla k povečanju konkurenčnosti izdelka.

Title:Design of a positioning system for positioning of component parts of wooden transport packaging on a workbench
Abstract:
Wooden transport packaging is a fairly simple product for providing safety of transported goods. Measurement tolerances are given in milimeters and according to that, so is the manufacturing process properly adjusted. Even though the product is very simple, it is still exposed to all marketing and technical requirements, which can be described using 4P principal: Product, Price, Place and Promotion. The thesis is indirectly focused on price of the product. With the company's intention of marking its place on the market, all aspects of competitiveness are being taken care of, especially expense durability. The thesis is therefore focused on racionalization of some work operations with intention of saving on manufacturing times. First we analyze present state of manufacturing process based on theoretical basics and we continue with precise time analysis of each manufacturing operation. We discover the manufacturing operation on which we can easily reduce manufacturing times. Therefore we design a positioning system which can be applied in similar working procedures. Working hand-in-hand with a new manufacturing process structure, it would increase product's competitiveness.
