The work consists of a theoretical introduction and research work. The focus in the theoretical was on the concept of coaching, the concept of participation and on exploration the possibilities of co-management of employees in Slovenian companies that are in lower positions.
In the research part of the thesis I presented the results of the research with the help of qualitative research, which I conducted with the help of semi-structured interviews. I conducted 8 interviews, where only coaches employed in Slovenian companies participated. I researched how a coach employed in a company can help employee participation, if he can help at all. I was exclusively interested in their aspect of co-management of employees in the company and the use of participation.
