Analiza slovenskih prevodov dvojezičnih občinskih statutov v Italiji

Magistrska naloga analizira strategije prevajanja dveh občinskih statutov, ki sta namenjena pripadnikom slovenske manjšine v Italiji. Skozi splošno teorijo prevajanja se delo poglobi v področje pravnega prevajanja, ki ga je treba v času tesne mednarodne pravne povezanosti nujno upoštevati. V analizi so posamezni primeri opredeljeni glede na splošne prevajalske in pravno prevajalske rešitve, izhajajoči podatki pa skušajo prikazati trend izbir avtorjev prevodov. Dodatno so še izpostavljeni nekateri primeri, ki so s prevajalskega vidika še posebno zanimivi.

• Title: Analysis of Slovene Translations in Bilingual Municipal Statutes in Italy

Abstract

The thesis analyses the translation strategies of two municipal statutes intended for the members of the Slovene minority in Italy. Through the general theory of translation, the work delves into the field of legal translation, which must be taken into account in a time of close international legal connection. In the analysis, individual cases are defined in terms of general translation and legal translation solutions, while the resulting data show the choice trends of the translations' authors. In addition, there are some examples that are particularly interesting from a translation point of view.
