In the project work, we examined the organization, organization of work and systematization of jobs. We have defined the importance of the organization, what are the goals and the factors that influence the organizations to differ from each other and consequently strive to become successful and efficient. Since the selected company has almost 40 employees, we found during the research that the company does not have an appropriate systematization of jobs, so we examined the importance of systematization of work and jobs, legislation, examine the analysis of jobs and human resources involved in the work process itself. Based on the analysis of the company and jobs, we seuggested some improvements in the organization of work with an emphasis on better communication in the company and the development of a successful workforce. In the selected company, the systematization was not made to such an extent that it would serve its purpose. Appropriate changes were proposed on the basis of the survey of existing jobs, as the systematisation of work did not include division into tariff and pay classes, the method of remuneration and promotion was not determined and other data that the previous systematisation did not contain. The improvements would enable a successful work environment in the company, an organizational culture where all employees would have their share in the realization of their potentials, and at the same time would help the organization itself in achieving its goals.
