Introduction: In team management the relationship between team members is very important, which directly affects the quality of our work. For quality improvement of services in health care and to achieve better relationships between the team work, we need to explore and research the field of team management constantly because if there is a good relationship between the team and the leader, the both sides of our participants are contented. Their satisfaction depends on team management's style, manner of leading and leader's characteristics. Purpose: The main purpose of this thesis is to realise which styles of team managements exist in general, the most commonly used in health care among them and make sure about the most important characherictics that the leader must have to be
effective, make his workers contented and lead team work to success. We want to get to know more about all existed team managements and which of them are the most appropriate to be used in health care. Methods: In thesis is used the descriptive research method with an systematic overview of Slovenian and foreign scientific and academic literature. Time of article's edition was determined from 2010 to 2021,considered to not use articles older than from 2010 year, exceptionally some of them to provide for relevance of the data ,for example leadership styles that were discovered years ago. Results: In thesis are described and explained all leadership's styles, especially the ones that are being the most effective in health care. Three of them being used in health care provide and quarantee satisfaction and pleasure between health -care workers in workplace and make patients well treated, happy and satisfied, which is the most important and desired achievement in health care. Discussion and conclusion: It is essential to the success of nursing that the in nursing is led by positive leaders who lead a team with evidence- based leadership qualities. We came to conclusion that the transformational and demonstrational leaderships styles are the most effective in health care because both have positive influence on health-care workers and their's condition. They also have positive effects on patient treatments and their's well-being, consequently impact on a better quality of health-care work and greater employee's satisfaction in a workplace.
