The Covid-19 pandemic has led to major changes and impacts in the field of work. Accordingly, companies are opting to implement measures to prevent expansion of Covid-19 infectious disease in the workplace. Following the recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health, in accordance with the workplace risk assessment and the instructions of the occupational, transport and sport medicine specialist, companies resort to daily measures that would minimize the work process and preserve their employee health. Undoubtedly, work organizations and their employees face additional burdens such as uncertainty, mistrust, fear, confusion and conflict. It is essential to analyse which measures are used in the context of the employment situation of workers as well as employers. The possibilities for imposing and implementing defined measures are limited to the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship. The latter is also conditioned by sanctions and liability for violations of imposed measures. It is crucial to look for agreements between the state, legislation, safety and health at work and the privacy of workers in every work organization. Due to the measures there are also conflicts, misunderstandings and various issues in the work environment, for which it is extremely important to look for solutions and answers which allow effective work atmosphere and process.
