Many passenger aircraft that once operated scheduled commercial flights, today perform a
function which is not consistent with the initial role the aircraft was built for. One such is
aircraft Bombardier CRJ 200, which was popular a few years ago amongst short-haul
commercial airlines. Presently many of these aircraft operate either military, cargo, bussiness
or charter flights. The utilisation of these type of aircraft is generally lower than originally
intended. Therefore the adjustment of maintenance program is required to address lower,
changed utilisation. This diploma thesis includes presentation and analysis of a maintenance
program on a case of CRJ 200 aircraft, adjustment of the intervals and bridging check.
Considering the results of this thesis we can confirm applicability of transition to low
utilisation maintenance program on subject aircraft.
